My name is Lisa Giesbrecht. I’m a mother of two daughters, wife of 19 years and professional bodybuilder (IFBB Pro Bodybuilder). I’m also a personal trainer and someone who wants to help you achieve your goals. I’m here to motivate you, to teach you, to inspire you, and to help you be the best person you can be – inside and out!
What I have learned about myself over the years of training and competing has been invaluable and I want to pass that knowledge on to you. It’s not all about trying to impress others with how you look, it’s about you being happy with yourself and being confident about what you are capable of achieving. Challenging yourself and achieving your goals is the most empowering process you will ever experience. And I want to be here to help you with that process!
