Alison Quinlan

I started working with Lisa in preparation for the 2016 BCABBA bikini provincials. I wanted to learn how to improve in my training in the gym and try and put as much muscle on as possible. I have learned SO much from Lisa and I made tremendous progress in the gym. Lisa is a great coach; one who knew when to push me and when to just be there for support. Lisa listened to my individual needs and developed a diet plan that allowed me to get competition ready, but also allowed me to succeed with my other goals. This has been a great experience and I look forward to continuing to work towards my next goals with her guidance!
